The immigration reform bill of Senators Durkin and Schumer

‘Democratic Sen. Charles E. Schumer said Wednesday he and Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham are “getting real close” to a finalizing a bi-partisan agreement on a comprehensive immigration reform and overhaul of the broken immigration system.’  according to this web site http://news.jornal.us/article-4643.Lack-of-GOP-Backing-for-Immigration-Reform-Bill-Causes-Delays.html .  Now I ask you, is the immigration system broken or is the enforcement of our immigration laws broken?  I submit that politics and payoffs to Congressmen and women as well as to Senators by businesses looking for cheap labor and Democrats (and some Repugs) looking for a large voting bloc have broken the enforcement of our immigration laws.

Schumer wants this bill presented before the Congress before the March 21st march on the national mall by illegal and legal immigrants DEMANDING reform of the laws.  These people have the right to ‘demand’ reform to laws that they have broken?  Wait these people are in our country illegally, they don’t have any rights according to our Constitution.

With no rights and a large contingent of illegal aliens on the National Mall on March 21st it might be a wonderful time for INS to make a showing.  Let them go march and check their status as they get back on the hundreds of busses that will be bussing them to the mall.  Once they are identified as illegal then use the busses that brought them to Washington to bus them to the FEMA holding camps (if there is such a thing) until they can be deported back to their country of origin…problem solved.
