Rick Cross - Just want to introduce myself!

Hello, my name is Rick Cross and I thought I'd toss out a few things about me.
My interests includes firearms and computers (many other things as well).
My profession is a specialist in Information Technology with experience with PC's, servers, and networks - I've touched just about everything. I've worked in the IT field for 24 years and had computers a couple of years before that. When I started in computers, Microsoft DIDN'T have Windows!

As a firearms trainer, I've handled firearms my entire life from about the age of 8. I've been an instructor for 5 years and have been a Nevada CCW (Carry Concealed Weapon) instructor since the end of December '09. Personally, I've held a Nevada CCW permit for over 6 years.

In respects to the NRA, I hold training disciplines in Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun and am also a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer and Personal Protection in the Home Instructor. At the end of this month (March), I'll be attending Utah's CCW instructor course to become certified to issue Utah CCW permits. My firearms website is http://www.besafefirearms.com/

My NRA basic pistol course is FREE OF CHARGE with the exception of the student kit ($15), range time and ammunition. If you have a pistol but have never been through a safety class, contact me and get into one of my classes. You'll be surprised by what you learn and YOU'LL KNOW how to handle a pistol safely.

Be Safe - Rick

  3. Elenataylor - Sorry I haven't gotten back to you, I was quite busy with NRA and CCW stuff at the end of the week and into the weekend.

My e-mail is rickcross@besafefirearms.com or my personal, rlcross@cox.net
My mobile phone number is 702-275-1625 - give me a call preferrably after 3:30pm.

Depending on my schedule, I can get you into a class in a matter of days. This month is quite busy and any of my classes will most likely need to be split into two different classes.

My pistol familiarization classes are free with the exception of range time, ammo and student kit/admin fee. If you want to rent one of their guns, you'll be responsible for that as well.

This class is not CCW, it's only to familiarize you with a handgun.

    Give me a call sometime,

    Rick
